01 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the agn888 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. agn888 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any player at any time.

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration.
• Is a legally eligible individual capable of entering into an enforceable agreement.
• Not listed on the agn888 self-exclusion list or any related gambling protection programme.
• Intending to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes, and not for any commercial or professional purpose without agn888's written consent.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in account suspension. Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.

Agn888 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identities. You may be required to submit documents such as your identification card, bank statement, or other supporting documents for verification purposes. 02 Deposits & Withdrawals

Wagering requirement refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. • The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.

Agn888 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in any investigation involving illegal activity. Players suspected of involvement in suspicious activity may have their accounts suspended while an investigation is conducted, without prior notice.

06 Liability Limits & Disclaimers

The agn888 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While agn888 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee fully uninterrupted service availability due to technical factors and circumstances beyond our control.

Agn888 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Device or software failures on the player's end when accessing the platform.
• Unrealised losses or gains resulting from temporary technical disruptions.
• Player actions or decisions made based on inaccurate information from third parties.

07 Account Termination

Players may close their agn888 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closing, ensure there are no active wagering requirements and that all eligible balances have been withdrawn.

Agn888 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
